The shop offers a warm, friendly atmosphere and has become a home away from home for many of our customers. “The Round Table” is the place where the guys sit, smoke and gossip — yes, men gossip, too! Many friendships and business connections have been made over the years.
Tobacco Corner, Ltd. was opened Aug. 1, 1969, on the Highland strip. In 1972, current owners Elliot and Sandra Abel moved to the existing location at 669 S. Mendenhall at the corner of Poplar in East Memphis.
